Vacation rentals independent inns

Tucked into a small office on Pinckney Street in Charleston's historic core, this is less a single inn than a local clearinghouse for them " a reservations and rentals service matching travelers with bed-and-breakfast stays and private accommodations around the old city. The storefront address puts it steps from the Market district, and the operation remains a modest, locally run one, with only a handful of Google reviews to its name (3.8 stars from eight). Travelers hoping to book a specific room should expect a booking intermediary rather than a front desk and innkeeper.
