Set at the base of Okemo Mountain in Ludlow, Jackson Gore Inn trades quaint for convenience: ski-in access, pools and a sauna for the after-lift thaw, and on-site dining just steps from your room. Warmer months bring golf and mini-golf to the same slopes, while winter adds ice skating to the mix. It's a practical, unfussy base — Google's own summary calls it modest — with 925 reviewers landing it at a solid 4.4.
