Rooftop deck independent inns

Tucked behind a State Street entrance in the heart of downtown Charleston, The Loutrel keeps its pleasures close: a lounge for slow afternoons, a members-style social club, and a rooftop deck that lifts you above the peninsula's rooflines. Rooms are polished and quietly refined, and a fitness room rounds out the stay. With a 4.9 rating across nearly 400 reviews, guests seem to leave genuinely charmed.
