Kennebunk, Maine
Set right on Kennebunk Beach, this airy inn trades lobby formality for salt air and an outdoor lounge where guests linger between swims. Mornings bring a complimentary breakfast; evenings tend to end on the deck, where a hot tub looks out toward the Maine coast. Guests rate it 4.6 across more than 350 reviews — a quietly loyal following for a small beachfront address.
