Mountain Village independent inns

Tucked along Solitude Road on the edge of Ludlow, Vermont, this is lodging of the quiet, tucked-back sort — a cluster of buildings within the larger Solitude Village development rather than a standalone inn. The handful of guests who have reviewed it rate it highly, at 4.8 stars, though the listing itself offers little beyond its mountain-village address. Come for the setting and the stillness the name promises; details are best confirmed directly with the property.
