East View Farm B & B
95% independentA three-room-review kind of place: East View Farm B&B sits well outside Springfield's center on Massey Road, a farmhouse address in the hills of southeastern Vermont. The handful of guests who have stayed give it a perfect five stars, which tells you more about the welcome than any brochure could. Details are few — this is a small, owner-run bed and breakfast that seems content to be found by those who look.
Why we call this independent
The name follows a classic independent farm-B&B pattern rather than any corporate convention, and the listing points to a single standalone domain with no multi-location signals. A rural Vermont road address and just three reviews both suggest a very small, owner-operated property.
