1802 House Bed and Breakfast
96% independentSet on a quiet residential lane just off the Kennebunkport golf course, the 1802 House keeps to the pleasures of an older New England: elegant rooms and suites in a genuinely historic house, pastries set out in the afternoon, and a gourmet breakfast that guests routinely single out in reviews. With a 4.9 rating across a hundred stays, it's the sort of small place where the innkeeping, not the amenity list, is the draw.
Why we call this independent
The date-based proper name '1802 House Bed and Breakfast', a single-street address in Kennebunkport, a standalone .com domain matching the inn's name, and a modest 100-review count all point to an independently run historic B&B with no chain or multi-property signals.
